First-Timer Escrow User - Some Hiccups

This was my first time using an escrow service for a car purchase (a Honda Civic, around $15,000). The idea of a neutral party handling the money and paperwork sounded great. The onboarding was a bit overwhelming with all the documents, and I felt like I had to chase them a couple of times for updates on the title transfer.
