Dispute Resolution Was a Headache

I bought a used Ram 1500 for $32,000, and it arrived with a noticeable dent not mentioned in the listing. The 10-day inspection period was crucial here. I immediately raised a dispute with Auto VIP Escrow. While they did mediate, getting a partial refund took much longer and was more complicated than I anticipated. I wish the dispute process was more streamlined. It eventually worked out, but not without some stress.
